Ordering

It is imperative that you check your measurements with our size guide before placing your order to avoid the disappointment of having to return your garment. Please refer to our 'Size Information' and 'How to measure yourself' sections for guidance, and also our 'Customer Services' section for additional ordering and payment information.

Should you change your mind after placing your order, cancellations can only be accepted if the garment(s) has not yet been dispatched. maze exit

Delivery

Delivery of products is available worldwide.

Any delivery charges applicable will be clearly indicated on our website and included in our invoice. Payment will be taken as one amount.

We aim to deliver within 10 days, but cannot be held responsible for delays. Please see our customer services section for more information.

Cancellation and returns

Cancellations can only be accepted if the garment(s) has not yet been dispatched.

In cases of a return where Mother 2be Ltd is not at fault, we regret that we will need to recover our costs and deduct the Paypal fees and any original postage that we have paid from the refund amount.

Returns can only be accepted free of these deductions if there has been an error made by us. Please contact us immediately via our website if this should be the case.
